5. Purchase of Products and Returns Policy

Upon payment confirmation, you will receive a receipt. inSona PTY LTD may offer a refund within 60 days if the Product packaging is unopened and in resellable condition. You are responsible for shipping costs for any refunds.
6. Delivery
Delivery services are provided through third-party Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge that inSona PTY LTD is not the direct provider of these services and only facilitates your interaction with the providers.
If an item is lost or damaged during delivery, you should contact the Delivery Service Provider directly and notify inSona PTY LTD at sales@insona.com.au for further assistance.
7. Warranty
inSona PTY LTD’s Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, or compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You may file a Warranty Claim for material defects within 3 years from the purchase date. A Warranty Claim must be submitted to sales@insona.com.au along with proof of purchase.

The Website, Purchase Services, and all related content are subject to copyright under Australian and international law. All rights to the Website's content (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are reserved by inSona PTY LTD.

The Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate the Terms by notifying inSona PTY LTD and closing your accounts for all Purchase Services you use.
inSona PTY LTD may terminate the Terms if:

The partner providing Purchase Services ends their relationship with inSona PTY LTD.

inSona PTY LTD no longer offers Purchase Services in your country or region.

Continuing to provide services is no longer commercially viable.
Upon termination, any rights or obligations that have accrued will remain in effect, and the provisions will continue to apply indefinitely.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify inSona PTY LTD and related parties from any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from any content you post on the Website or breaches of the Terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, neither party may commence legal proceedings unless the following steps are taken:

Within 28 days, the parties must attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation or mediation.

If unresolved after 28 days, a mediator will be selected by mutual agreement or appointed by the Australian Mediation Association.

The Purchase Services are intended for use by Australian residents. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia, under the laws of Victoria.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be interpreted and enforced under the laws of Victoria, without reference to conflict of law principles.
17. Severance
If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the rest of the Terms will remain in force.
